Fitstethics: Get the motivation you need to get into shape
Sometimes waking up in the morning and getting yourself ready for that run or that morning workout can be hard. We’ve all been there, whether we’ve been partying the night before, had a very long day at work, or just hate the thought of dragging ourselves out of bed and into our loose fitting clothes to go exercise. Well here’s a news flash. You have to start and it’s the only way to get into the shape that you want to be.
The hardest thing about getting fit falls into two categories. The first is the actual activity of exercising whether you’re thinking about gaining muscle through weight lifting or just doing a cardio work out to help burn fat. The second (which is tougher than the first), is getting your diet in the correct order.
For the exercise portion, this is very important because essentially you need to burn more calories than you consume and exercising helps to aim that achievement. If you’re stuck at home most of the day and you’re too lazy to travel then feel free to join the ranks of home fitness and grab a couple of cardio machines to get you started. If not then get to the gym or do a couple of laps around your neighborhood. The opportunities for exercising are endless.
As for the diet portion we’d recommend some low carb meals and a good routine that includes eating up to 5 small meals a day as this will help trick the body into boosting the metabolism for each small meal. This in turn helps your body convert fat into energy which means you burn additional calories to supplement the bodies demands.
Fitness is both a dedication and a lifestyle and the only hard part is getting past the initial 21 days of routine and regiment. Give it a go and do your best! Don’t stop because you’re tired. Stop when you’re done.
